Walter'S Place - Carrickfergus

Extremely friendly stuff, gorgeous views onto the park, everything is exceptional. Its rooms are recently decorated and reasonably large for a very lovely stay for 4 nights. The location is good and unbeatable and the food is lovely.

It has a good service and their breakfast is superb with toast, all fried food plus marmalade.

Brilliant experience there.

Beautifully presented and tastefully decorated rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Superb breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Good service, parking nearby. Friendly efficient staff and attention to detail.

The beautiful apartment boasted modern decor, ample space, and awesome amenities like a full-sized fridge. Breakfast at the nearby bar was a highlight, with delicious homemade preserves and a hearty Ulster fry. Although the lively pub next door could be noisy at night, it added charm to the experience.

Walter's Place was a gem! The Ulster fry for brekkie hit all the right notes, and the Ownies Bar next door had live music that added to the charming atmosphere. The room was beyond comfy, and the staff were like a breath of fresh air!

Now, the breakfast service kicked off at 9am, which might throw off some early risers. Plus, there was a slight hiccup with the key collection, took a wee while to get sorted, but it didn't spoil the fun.

The room was cozy and super clean. Breakfast was delicious, particularly the Ulster fry. Be aware, though, parking can get tricky during peak hours. The location is great for fishing and just a short drive to nearby golf courses.

Every corner of this B&B is decorated with such beautiful colors and materials that it feels like a dream! I was blown away by how impeccably clean my room was-seriously cleaner than some 5-star hotels I've been to! Plus, enjoy a delicious Ulster fry for breakfast and let loose to live music at the bar next door-it's the perfect way to start or end your day!

The stay was quite pleasant, especially with the big and clean room we got. The breakfast was heavenly, and I really enjoyed the Ulster fry! The nearby pub had great live music, and I loved how convenient the location is for exploring. One minor issue was navigating the stairs with my luggage, but overall, the experience was fantastic.

This place is just amazin, decor is really pretty and the room was super clean like crazy clean! I gotta say breakfast was delicious, i had the ulster fry and it was so good. The bar next door was also great with live music n friendly staff, was like a awesome vibe! Walter is a great host.

More clarity on parking would be helpful.

The breakfast was fantastic, available from 9am to 11am. The location was perfect for quick trips to the north and belfast. The owners bar offered delicious drinks and meals.
